Directions for Use
- Fill the clean sinus rinse bottle with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water.
- Add one sachet of the NeilMed Sinus Rinse mixture to the water.
- Close the bottle with the cap and shake gently to mix the solution.
- Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side, and gently insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril.
- Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the solution to flow into the nostril and out through the other nostril.
- Repeat the process for the other nostril.
- Use as directed by a healthcare professional.
