Directions for Use

For adults and children over 12 years old:

• Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed.

• Repeat the same process for the other nostril.
• Use 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 2-3 times a day as needed.

Warnings

• Avoid using this nasal spray continuously for more than 7 consecutive days.
