How to Use

• Shake the bottle gently before use.
• Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
• Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.
• Press down on the pump to release one spray while breathing in gently through your nose.
• Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
• Use as directed, usually twice a day.

Directions

For adults, use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist after 14 days of use, consult your healthcare provider.
